1)   Any trip purchased may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

2)   If you cancel under 24 hours, you will be charged in full unless we are able to fill  you spot

3)  Cancellations made due to weather are to be made solely at the discretion of the Captain of the Osprey and a full refund will be given.
